Transfer to the hotel

24-hour parking service
For the convenience of our guests, we offer a parking service on the private territory of the Diplomat Hotel. The parking area is under 24-hour video surveillance and is a safe place to park your car.
The cost of 1 day is 900 rubles/place ( passenger car)
The cost of 1 day is 1200 rubles/place (minibus, minivan, etc. large cars)
The number of places is limited, so we recommend booking a place in advance.
Laundry service

Pet friendly
It is allowed to stay with cats, small dogs of decorative breeds weighing up to 5 kg.
According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, when moving an animal on the territory of the Russian Federation, a veterinary passport is required. The hotel has the right to request this information at any time and refuse to stay with an animal in the absence of these documents.
Accommodation is offered in certain rooms of the Standard and Comfort categories. Guests with pets are accommodated at the hotel only upon prior reservation, subject to availability of rooms.
The cost of accommodation with an animal is 1500 rubles/day. Upon arrival, a deposit of 5000 rubles is taken. It is returned on departure, only in case if no damage was done to the property of the hotel. In case of damage to the property of the hotel, all expenses are paid by the owner of the pet.
It is FORBIDDEN to use towels, sheets and other hotels bedding belongings for the care of pets.
Pets are not allowed in places of public catering (restaurants, bars and adjacent territories).
It is FORBIDDEN to leave pets unattended by their owners in the hotel room, in the lobby, and also on other hotel grounds.
The guest is obliged to ensure the absence of a pet during the cleaning of the room by the hotel staff.
The guest must have a carrier with him.
