Built in 1882 in the spirit of eclecticism, it became part of the wave of construction of luxurious apartment buildings and mansions in the northern capital at the end of the 19th century. The author of the project was Vladimir Akhillesovich Reis, a famous architect who left a noticeable mark on the architectural appearance of the city.
